I am so Blessed and Humbled to be able to share what the Lord has done!
A year ago, I was referred by my primary doc to an Ear Nose & Throat specialist concerning my very enlarged tonsils. The doc walked into the room, introduced herself and said, You have an enlarged thyroid. I can see it from here. My response was - “Oh! I just thought my neck was getting fat!” She put in the order for an ultrasound.
The results of the ultrasound were that I had 3 nodules on the left side of my thyroid (The right lobe had been removed in 2007).
The current nodules were large, but just below where they would have to surgically remove my thyroid. She said if they increased in size, she would have to remove my thyroid. I was to follow up with scans every 6 months.
I missed the 6 month mark appointment. When I saw my PC in Feb. he felt my neck and said it was imperative to have it checked. He thought it had gotten larger and was concerned about cancer.
I began to pray, asking for healing. I immersed myself in a song, “Rapha” , I spoke out loud the healing of my thyroid in the name of Jesus, telling satan he had no place. In all of that, I knew it was not me, or anything I did that would make the difference. It was all about the healing power of our Lord Jesus Christ!
I got my appointment for the ultrasound. I could still feel it was enlarged, even driving to the appointment. I kept conversing with Jesus… “I know you know we’re almost there Lord! I’m asking you to heal my thyroid. I trust you, either way!”
I have had multiple thyroid ultrasounds. I was just noticing things- the tech is scanning all over the place- clear to the back of my neck. She’s only taking a few pics. THEN! She puts the wand down and says “ I have to leave the room. I need to check the last scans.” I’m saying to Jesus- “Well, this Really good or Really bad! Either way, I trust You!” She comes back takes one picture and says You’re all done. Have an amazing day!
As I head out the radiologist steps into the hallway and tells me to have an amazing week! “Okay Lord! Again- this is Really good or Really bad!”
The next day i got a message saying - My PCP had received the results… there are no nodules, no concern for nodules and no further imaging is recommended !!!! Thank You Jesus!!!!!
At that point I could still feel the enlarged thyroid. Today, I can’t!!!!
